How we work

Six steps in. Six checks out.

The process is the product. It's the reason a seven-page site costs $850 and arrives in under 45 days instead of taking a quarter and a retainer.

The process

No meetings you didn't ask for.

Step 01

You send the spec

Written brief, voice memo, marked-up screenshot, a call. Whatever's fastest for you.

Step 02

Fixed quote in a day

Price and scope in writing, one business day. Nothing outside that scope is in the project.

Step 03

Access in five days

We send one list. Google account tied to Analytics and Search Console, ad platform access, your content, your design direction.

Step 04

We build

Content first, then design, then your approval on both together, then anything technical. We don't build backwards.

Step 05

You approve

Nothing ships without your sign-off. Visual changes come with before-and-after screenshots.

Step 06

We report

Monthly, on the first. What was requested, what was completed, what it did.

Standards

Six checks every build passes.

We execute your direction — we don't silently improve it. But the work still passes six checks before it ships, and if something in your brief trips one of them, you hear it once, in writing, with the reason. Then we build it your way. You're the CMO. You just won't be surprised later.

1

Every deliverable carries a number

Nothing ships without something to measure it by. "Five million impressions" is not a finish line and we won't report it as one.

2

No platitudes

If a direct competitor could run your sentence word for word, it isn't doing any work.

3

Headline and image agree

When the headline says one thing and the picture shows another, the visitor leaves before reading either.

4

Three or four, never five

Bullets, steps, icons, options. Five is where people stop reading and start scrolling.

5

Diagnose in order

Traffic with no leads: impression share, then time on site by channel, then engagement, then the CTA. Not the reverse.

6

Simple front, deep underneath

Clean pages for the reader. Full depth in collapsible sections so search and AI still get everything.

Turnaround

Why it's fast.

Intake

One address

Every request goes to one inbox, gets logged the same business day and lands with the right person. You're not chasing status and you're not cc'ing four people.

The 45-minute rule

Path before work

Any task projected over 45 minutes gets its execution path reviewed before anyone starts. Confirming the approach costs ten minutes. Rebuilding it the right way costs a week.

Quality control

Zero tolerance

Spelling and grammar checked on everything that leaves here, including page content. Coders own their own QC. Errors escalate, they don't get patched quietly.
